About New HopeAt New Hope we believe people can change. Do you? Why We ExistNew Hope exists to fill a need. The harsh reality is this: if people do not have a strong support system, a stable home, steady employment, and behavioral education, their chances of overcoming addicting behaviors are slim. That’s where we come in. Our goal is to re-establish people and give them the tools they need to be spiritually, mentally, emotionally, financially and socially productive members of our community. Who We AreBusiness people. Professionals. Ex-addicts. Ministers. Family members. Community members from all walks of life working together to make a difference for our neighbors, our community and, ultimately, our nation. What We DoYou might say we’re in the business of second chances. We provide court-ordered parole or probation and staffed safe and sober housing with a Christian perspective to give people a second chance to succeed. Where We BeganNew Hope began as a result of two years of Bible study through Vineyard Boise , called “Band of Brothers,” in Ada County Jail. It quickly grew into a practical demonstration of God’s love for those of our community who have been discarded and forgotten, showing them honor and love, and treating them with dignity. |
